Crazed Gunman Terrorizes Hollywood’s Vine Street

Early Friday morning, a crazed gunman, posted on Vine Street in
Hollywood, opened fire on passing cars. Shooting at random, the
gunman struck one man in the head, critically wounding him. Witnesses
flagged down passing policemen who arrived on the scene and were
forced to fire at the gunman in self defense. The gunman was killed
on the scene.

According to witnesses, the the gunman fired more than ten times. He
was seen walking into traffic, where he raised his gun and began
firing randomly at passing vehicles. There is no word yet on the
gunman's motives or his psychological background.
